Dr Hean Wu Kang

Orthopaedic Surgeon

MBBS, FRCSEd (Tr & Orth)

Wu was born in Alor Setar, Malaysia and obtained his undergraduate medical degree at King's College London School of Medicine. Upon completion of the UK Foundation Programme in the East Midlands, he underwent Core and subsequently Specialty Surgical Training in Trauma & Orthopaedics in Northern Ireland. He is very grateful to be an ASRI fellow under the tutelage of Prof Kenneth Cutbush and Prof Ashish Gupta. He hopes to further his pursuit of excellence in shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty surgery whilst enjoying time with his family in Brisbane over the coming year.
