Helen is a highly accomplished orthopaedic surgeon hailing from the United Kingdom. Her expertise spans various domains, including academic research, outcome measures, consensus, systematic review, and multi-centre studies. Her passion for knowledge led her to pursue a master's degree in Orthopaedic Engineering and pursued a medical doctorate with a focus on rib fracture fixation. Her commitment to her profession is evident in her successful management and leadership roles in both research and academia. Notably, Helen played a crucial role at the National Institute for Health Research as a Research Careers Fellow and served as the Royal College of Surgeons associate specialty research lead for orthopaedics. Her passion for improving patient outcomes and advancing the field of orthopaedics continues to inspire and shape the future of healthcare.
